Who Wants To Be An EVOLVinaire?

Sponsor’s Rank Advancement Points

A Contestant will be awarded points based upon the Rank Advancement of any Evolv member personally sponsored by that Contestant. The amount of Sponsor’s Rank Advancement Points awarded to the Contestant will be equal to 50% of the Rank Advancement Points listed above. For example, if an Evolv member personally sponsored by the Contestant achieves the rank of Executive Director, the sponsoring Contestant will receive 10 points (i.e. 50% of the 20 Rank Advancement Points).

Points Based on Volume Sales of New Members

A Contestant will be awarded points based upon the Personal Volume of the Evolv products sold to a new Evolv member sponsored by the Contestant (“New Member Sponsor”). For purposes of this Incentive Contest, the term “Personal Volume” (hereafter “PV”) is as defined in the Evolv Compensation Plan. The Contestant will be eligible to receive 1 point for every 80 PV generated when the new Evolv member, as sponsored by the Contestant, purchases Evolv products. For example, if a Contestant sponsors a new Evolv member and that new Evolv member purchases Evolv products that equal 160 PV, then the Contestant will receive 2 points. The points will be awarded at the time that order is placed. In order to count towards the Contestant’s point total for any given month during the Contest Period, the order must be placed by 11:59 P.M. Central Time on the last day of the applicable month. All product charge backs or returns after the applicable month end will be deducted from the Contestant’s point total for the month that the order was placed, and from the Contestant’s overall point total for the Incentive Contest. Points are awarded to Contestant (“New Member Sponsor”) based on the PV of Evolv products sold to the New Member during the Fast Start Bonus period (4 calendar weeks–as described in the Evolv Compensation Plan).

Additional Points

Evolv reserves the right to establish additional methods to earn points for the Incentive Contest through special “Crazy Days of Summer” promotions. Each Contestant will receive notice of these promotions via email and will be eligible to accumulate points pursuant to such promotions.
